Small, detached Chalet measuring 14 m² (Carrez law) (+ 10 m² attic-style mezzanine bedroom), located 3 km from the center of Saint-Gervais in the small hamlet of Bionnay.
On the ground floor of the Chalet: kitchenette open to the living area (dining area, sofa, smart TV), bathroom (shower, toilet).
Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm + 1 bed 90x190 cm). Maximum ceiling height in the mezzanine: 1.72 m.
Secure outdoor ski locker. Internet via 4G modem. Sheets are not provided.
Electric heating under the floor + electric radiators.
Terrace area with patio furniture (tables and chairs, lounge chairs).
Parking: Park your vehicle next to the Chalet (parking curb along the road).
Saint-Gervais town center is 3 km away (shops, Piscine, Ice rink, etc.). Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths (Le Fayet) are 8 km away (15 minutes by car).
The Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area is accessible from Saint-Nicolas-De-Véroce, 3 km away (Chef-Lieu chairlift).
The ski area connects the resorts of Saint-Nicolas, Saint-Gervais, and Megève. The Bettex gondola in Saint-Gervais is 4 km away.
The village resort of Les Contamines-Montjoie is 5 km away (Les Contamines ski area is 7 km away).
Mont-Blanc Tramway, 4 km away: a rack-and-pinion train providing access to the Bellevue Plateau (access to numerous hiking trails year-round).
