First floor: kitchenette opening onto the living area (dining area, sofa, connected TV), shower room (shower, wc).
First floor: mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90x190cm). Maximum mezzanine ceiling height: 1.72m.
Secure outdoor ski locker. Internet via 4G box. No sheet rental.
Electric underfloor heating + electric radiators.
Terrace area with garden furniture (tables and chairs, sun loungers).
Parking: vehicle parking next to the chalet (parking area along the road).

The ski area links the resorts of Saint-Nicolas, Saint-Gervais and Megève. Bettex gondola to Saint-Gervais 4km away.
