A 150 m² south-facing semi-detached architect-designed Chalet (part of a complex of 3 semi-detached units: 2 Holiday cottages and 1 unit occupied by the owner’s family), laid out over 3 levels in a contemporary style. Quiet neighborhood. Private pool, garage.
Ground floor: entry hall + coat closet with storage. Open-concept kitchen connected to the living room and dining room: TV, DVD player, wood pellet stove (pellets provided), access to the balcony-terrace with garden furniture. Separate half-bath.
On the garden level (lower part of the Chalet), 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds (80x190 cm) that can be joined to create 1 double bed (160x190 cm), 1 shower room (in bedroom 1) + 1 shower room/toilet, 1 separate toilet. Washer and dryer. Access to the yard in front of the holiday cottage.
First floor: attic-style play area on the mezzanine (TV, Kids games), 2 small bedrooms, each with 1 bed (140x190 cm), bathroom/toilet (bathtub).
Optional: sheet and towel package, end-of-stay cleaning. Bed-making service also available as an option (€5).
Wifi Internet. 1-car garage with electrical outlet, Ski storage (boot dryer). Private parking.

In an annex: private indoor Piscine (exclusive to this rental) 8m x 3.5m / depth 1.25m, heated year-round to 30°C, Mountain views.
Châtel village center 1.5 km away (shops, services, Restaurants, “Forme d’O” aquatic center). Skiing: Petit Châtel chairlift 400 m away. Shuttle bus stop 400m away. Lake Geneva, Thermal baths, and Evian-les-Bains 40km away. Numerous walks and hikes in the Abondance Valley.

The holiday cottage is not suitable for parties due to its proximity to other adjoining units.
