Incredible panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from this warm, authentic Holiday cottage in a quiet mountain area, set in an authentic Savoyard chalet. Ski area 2.5km away in winter (downhill + cross-country skiing), shuttle bus 100m away. Maximum capacity: 6 people (on request). For your comfort, everything is included.

55m2 holiday cottage on the 1st floor of a fully restored authentic Savoyard chalet-style farmhouse.
Quiet, unspoilt area, magnificent view of the surrounding peaks (Tournette, Mont Charvin...).
Independent entrance by outside staircase: entrance hall with storage space, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), fitted kitchen leading to living room (Tv, pellet stove, rapido sofa bed offering a comfortable extra bed 140x190cm, dining area), shower room, separate toilet.
Mezzanine bed opening onto living room (semi-covered by curtain): 2 beds 80x200cm (can be moved closer together on request).
Bed linen included (beds made up), as well as towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi Internet access.
The Holiday cottage is fully heated with a pellet stove (pellets included).
South-facing balcony with table and 2 chairs, large grounds around the Chalet accessible to guests.
The Chalet also includes the owners' accommodation (on the first floor).
Private ski locker. Bikes can be stored in the owners' garage.
Electricity recharging point to be shared with owners (extra charge).

Free ski/bus shuttle 100m away in winter: access to the Col de la Croix Fry (Manigod resort: Alpine skiing + Cross-country skiing). The Manigod resort is linked to La Clusaz.
At Col de la Croix Fry (2.5km): ESF, ski lifts, restaurants, ski rental.
Bakery in Manigod village center 4km (delivery possible), mini-market 6km (Col de Merdassier).
Lake Annecy 35 minutes away by car (25km): beaches, Menthon-Saint-Bernard. Annecy City 45 minutes away.
La Clusaz and Thônes (all shops, activities, Piscine) 10km away.
