Beautiful restoration of a typical Aravis farmhouse for this 127m² gite on 3 levels, adjoining another dwelling (owners' house).
Separate entrance for the gîte.
First floor: entrance hall with cupboard, laundry room (washing machine + dryer, ski boot dryer, sink).
1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (access to terrace, balcony and garden with mountain views), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190, shower room), separate toilet.
2nd floor: mezzanine with reading and relaxation area, bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x190), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190, 1 of which is raised), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200, shower room, balcony access), shower room, separate wc.
Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi internet access. Central heating. Terrace-balcony, garden with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, ping-pong table. Small spring-water fountain on property. 1-car garage + parking lot. Ski rack.
Skiing: Aravis resorts of Le Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz 5.5km. Numerous summer and winter activities in nearby towns (Thônes, Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand...). Supermarket 1.5km. Lake Annecy, beaches 21km. Annecy and its old town 26km. Hiking and walking in the Aravis mountains.

Chalet confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable avec une vue magnifique! Très bien situé.
Nous pourrions y revenir avec plaisir.
Propriétaires flexibles et accueillants.Petite suggestion: penser à renouveler les poeles et poelons car le revêtement est abimé.

Rojeco Le retour !
Deuxième fois que nous venons au chalet du liez et toujours un réel plaisir. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires (le reblochon était excellent !)
Si vous cherchez un endroit au calme pour un séjour en famille, amis ou autre, allez-y les yeux fermés. Le gite est spacieux, avec des espaces biens distincts et décoré avec goût, sans oublier la terrasse avec ses chaises longues, son barbecue et sa vue sur les montagnes en face.
Côté découvertes vous serez servis entre la clusaz, le grand bornand, annecy, yvoire, megève, chamonix, lac léman, lac du bourget.
Et pour les activités/loisirs à vous de choisir entre randonnées, parapente (on vous recommande de démarrer du col de la forclaz avec vue sur le lac d'annecy ), centres de loisirs, ballade en vélo, canyoning, luge d'été, piscine…En résumé nous avons passé d'agréables vacances et reviendrons avec plaisir

JD&C Sejour très agréable
Joli chalet ancien très bien rénové, très bien équipé, très propre, avec jolie vue sur la montagne. Nous avons été également très bien accueillis. Belles promenades à proximité (Grand Bornand, La clusaz, Manigo,etc...). Nous recommandons.

Bon accueil, propriétaires sympa et arrangeants, descriptif qui correspond à la location. Très bien équipé, cosy, propre et fonctionnel (prendre en considération 2 étages).Je recommande et nous reviendrons.
