Individual chalet (96m2) on 2 levels in an authentic and preserved mountain area, overlooking the Giffre valley.
On the ground floor (access by 6 external steps): entrance hall, bedroom 1 (2 beds 80x190cm - can be combined on request into a 160cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower), independent toilet.
Upstairs: kitchen open to large living room (TV, pellet stove, table football), pantry with washing machine and wc.
South terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Petanque.
Private parking space under shelter or in front of the chalet. Ski room. Wi-Fi internet.
Sheets and towels are included.
Possibility of meals on request, with the owners (with Savoyard specialties).
In winter, cross-country skiing in Agy 4.5 km away, downhill skiing in Les Carroz 10 km away (Grand Massif ski area), around 15 minutes by car.
Many hikes to practice in the surroundings all seasons.
Town of Taninges 10km, Cluses 12km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 50 minutes by car.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and Annecy 1 hour by car.
Mandatory snow equipment in winter for your vehicle.

Wunderschöne Ferien in den Alpen
5/5Wir durften im Chalet du four zwei erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Wochen verbringen. Stéphanie hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und stand immer mit Tipps und Hinweisen zur Verfügung. Zweimal haben wir ihren Menu-Service genossen!
Das Chalet du four bietet sehr viel Platz und Komfort. Es ist ideenreich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail geplant, gebaut und eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist überwältigend. Die absolute Ruhe des Ortes mit einigen wenigen Nachbarn und die Lage hoch oberhalb der Täler von Arve und Giffre bringen es mit sich, dass man für Einkäufe, Restaurantbesuche und Besichtigungen erst einmal ins Tal fahren muss - wir haben das gerne in Kauf genommen und uns schnell an die Bergstraßen gewöhnt. Innerhalb eines Umkreises von weniger als einer Stunde sind viele interessante Ziele (z. B. Chamonix und das Mont-Blanc-Massiv, Annecy und Lac d'Annecy) bequem erreichbar (auch mit der Bahn!). Auch vor Ort gibt es viel zu sehen und zu erkunden - mehr, als wir in zwei Wochen geschafft haben.
Kurzum: Ein begeisterndes Haus, eine herzliche Gastgeberin, eine tolle Umgebung!

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au chalet du Four. Le gîte est situé en hauteur, ce qui permet d'avoir une vue à couper le souffle.
Il est tout confort, très propre et moderne tout en gardant un côté authentique.
Un grand merci à Stéphanie, la propriétaire, pour son accueil chaleureux et tous ses conseils randos et sorties.

5/5Vous pouvez resever votre sejour les yeux fermés !
Décoré avec raffinement, d'une propreté irréprochable avec toutes les commodités pour que vous passiez d'excellentes vacances ( baby-foot, terrain de boules, jeux de société, terrasse, transat, barbecue etc..). Vous pourrez vous ressourcer dans un environnement au calme sans vis à vis, tout cela non loin de sites touristiques. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil très chaleureux et ses informations touristiques et culinaires. Rarement un gîte ne nous a autant emballé ! 5/5Les chalets de Stéphanie sont merveilleux, celui du four à une très belle histoire n'hésitez pas à le réserver pour la découvrir. Ce gîte est un havre de paix, c'était notre deuxième séjour de 3 semaines et ce n'est pas le dernier, on y est tellement bien qu'on aimerait le garder secret. Merci à Stéphanie et Jérôme pour leur accueil et ces moments partagés, à bientôt.
