30m2 single-storey Holiday cottage on the garden level of a luxury chalet located in a small cul-de-sac in a quiet area of the Saint-Gervais heights.
Views of part of the Mont-Blanc massif from the terrace and living room.
The apartment comprises a main room with open-plan kitchen/living room (TV, lounge with convertible sofa offering a comfortable extra bed 140x190cm), bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower and toilet). A baby bed can be added to the bedroom.
Entrance hall shared with the owners, where you can store your coats and shoes (the upper part of the chalet is occupied by the owners).
Garden, private covered terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs, deckchairs and barbecue). Ski locker.
For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Parking in the chalet courtyard, in front of the Holiday cottage entrance.
Underfloor heating. Wifi Internet access.
Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle via domestic socket.
Access to washing machine on request.
