Detached 3-storey Chalet (120m²) in a quiet area of Saint-Gervais, 1km from the village center and shops (approx. 15 minutes' walk). Nestled on the sunny hillside of the valley, the chalet offers breathtaking panoramic views of the peaks of the ski area, as well as the Aravis and Fiz mountain ranges.

The Chalet is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - Winter entrance with coat hooks and benches - Bedroom 1 (2 beds 80x190cm) - Sauna (comfortably sleeps 4) - Bedroom 2 (1 king-size bed 180x200cm) - Shower room (walk-in shower) with WC 1st floor:
- Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofas, fireplace, TV, dining area) - Separate WC On 2nd: - Bedroom 3 (1 king-size bed 180x200cm) - Bedroom 4 (2 twin beds 80x190cm) - Shower room with WC Everything included: bed linen (beds made up), towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi Internet access. Ski locker. Outside: south-western garden with forest table and barbecue (the garden is accessible from the first-floor balcony via 4 outside steps). Underfloor heating (first floor and 1st floor). Radiators on 2nd floor. Parking in the courtyard (2 spaces available), or 50 m away. As the chalet is located on the slope of the Saint-Gervais heights, please bring snow equipment for your vehicle in winter. Saint-Gervais town center 1km away (15 to 20 minutes on foot): shops, restaurants, tourist office.
