A 120-square-meter detached Chalet spread over three levels in a quiet area of Saint-Gervais, 1 km from the village center and shops (about a 10-minute walk).
Nestled on the sunny hillside of the valley, the Chalet offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ski area’s peaks, as well as the Aravis and Fiz mountain ranges.

The Chalet is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- Winter entryway with coat hooks and benches
- Bedroom 1 (2 beds, 80x190 cm)
- Sauna (comfortably accommodates 4 people)
- Bedroom 2 (1 king-size bed, 180x200 cm)
- Bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet
First floor:
- Open-concept kitchen opening onto the living room (sofas, fireplace, TV, dining area)
- Separate toilet
Second floor:
- Bedroom 3 (1 king-size bed, 180x200 cm)
- Bedroom 4 (2 twin beds, 80x190cm, can be joined)
- Bathroom with shower and toilet

Everything is included: bed linens (beds made), towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi Internet. Ski locker.
Outdoors: Southwest-facing garden equipped with a rustic table and barbecue (the garden is accessible from the first-floor balcony via 4 outdoor steps).
Underfloor heating (first floor). Radiators on the ground floor and second floor.
Parking in the courtyard (space for 2 cars) or 50 meters away.
Since the Chalet is located on a slope in the upper part of Saint-Gervais, be sure to equip your vehicle with snow tires in winter.

Saint-Gervais town center is 1 km away (a 10-minute walk): shops, restaurants, and the tourist office.
The Bettex gondola is 2 km away (provides access to the Saint-Gervais-Megève ski area in winter and hiking trails in summer).
Mont-Blanc Tramway, 1.5 km away: a rack-and-pinion train providing access to the Bellevue Plateau (numerous hiking trails year-round).
Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths, 6 km away (Le Fayet). Swimming pool and ice rink in Saint-Gervais.
