First floor: mezzanine area with sofa-bed, bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 single bed), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet.
Balcony, west-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Private grounds with ping-pong table (in summer).

Parking below the chalet: one covered space in the garage shared with the owners, plus one outside space in front of the garage.

Saint-Gervais/Megève ski area accessible from the Bettex gondola 1.5km away. Saint-Gervais/Les Houches ski area (Prarion) 3km away by car (or 500m from the Mont-Blanc tramway station).
Mont-Blanc tramway station 500m away on foot: cog railway giving access to the Bellevue plateau (access to numerous all-season hikes).
Saint-Gervais thermal baths (Le Fayet) 5.5km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30 minutes away by car.
