Access to the Chalet is via outdoor steps from the parking lot, with the option to unload in front of the Chalet.
On the garden level of the Chalet: a built-in kitchen open to the living room (sofa, TV, wood-burning stove),
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), laundry/utility area.
Upstairs: mezzanine area with a sofa bed,
Bedroom 2 (2 single beds, 80x200 cm—which can be joined to form a 160x200 cm bed, plus 1 single bed),
Bedroom 3 (1 bed, 160x200 cm),
Bedroom 4 (1 bed, 140x190 cm), bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet.
Balcony, west-facing terrace with patio furniture, umbrella, and barbecue.
Private yard with a ping-pong table (in summer).

Parking below the Chalet: one covered space in the garage shared with the owners, plus one outdoor space in front of the garage.
Saint-Gervais town center is 700m away (10 to 15 minutes on foot): shops, restaurants, and the Tourist Office.
The Saint-Gervais/Megève ski area is accessible via the Bettex gondola, 1.5 km away.
The Saint-Gervais/Les Houches (Prarion) ski area is 500 m away via the Mont-Blanc Tramway.
Mont-Blanc Tramway station is a 500-meter walk away: a rack-and-pinion train providing access to the Bellevue Plateau (access to numerous hiking trails year-round).
From the Mont-Blanc tram station, a 100-meter walk takes you to the Thermal bath elevator, which provides a free ride down to the Saint-Gervais thermal spa (Le Fayet), 5.5 km away.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 30-minute drive away.
