The Chalet has 5 bedrooms, and is perfect for getting together with family or friends in a warm, authentic setting. Shuttle stop 200m. Ski area 3.5km away, center of Saint-Gervais 10 minutes by car.

Facing Mont Blanc, between Saint-Gervais and its ski area: an authentic, detached Chalet measuring 152 m² spread over two levels (ground floor + lower level).
You’ll be charmed by the many amenities on offer and the breathtaking panoramic view of the Mont Blanc massif.
The entrance to the holiday cottage is on the ground floor (which is the upper level of the Chalet): this level contains all the bedrooms, while the living areas are located on the lower level.
On the ground floor:

- Bedroom 2 (1 bed, 140x190 cm)
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 (connecting): Bedroom 3 (1 bed, 140x190 cm), which serves as a passageway to Bedroom 4 (2 beds, 90x200cm)
- Bedroom 5, furnished in the style of a Savoyard attic (with an interior window): 1 bed, 140x190cm.

On the lower level:
- Built-in kitchen opening onto a room with a high table, TV, and extra refrigerator

Saint-Gervais town center 5 km away (10-minute drive): all shops, restaurants, Piscine, Ice rink, and Tourist Office.
“Le Gollet” shuttle stop 200m away: service to the ski area (Bettex), the Saint-Gervais gondola, or Saint-Nicolas de Véroce (chairlift).
Check with the Tourist Office for operating periods and schedules.
Saint-Gervais ski area, 3.5 km away in winter (6 minutes by car).
Mont-Blanc Tramway, 5.5 km away: a rack-and-pinion train providing access to the Bellevue Plateau (access to numerous hiking trails year-round).
Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths, 9 km away (Le Fayet). Megève is a 20-minute drive away; Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is a 40-minute drive away (30 km).
Numerous hiking trails are available in the Bettex area.
