A 59-square-meter holiday cottage located on the first floor of a former family farm that has been renovated into a Chalet, which also includes another adjoining holiday cottage, as well as the owner’s residence on the ground floor.
A cozy and warm atmosphere combining modernity with mountain style, featuring exposed beams and wood accents. Private south-facing garden overlooking the Aiguille du Midi and the Bossons Glacier.
Open-concept kitchen opening onto the living room (sofa, armchair, TV, DVD, Blu-Ray), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200 cm—private bathroom with shower and toilet), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 90x190 cm), bathroom with shower and toilet. Access to the sleeping area and bathroom is via 3 steps.
Bedroom 3 on the mezzanine (2 beds, 90x190 cm). Not recommended for kids under 10 years old due to the steep staircase. Wifi Internet. Sheets are included; beds are made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate.
Private terrace with a rustic table, umbrella, lounge chairs, and barbecue.
Shared laundry room/Ski storage on the ground floor. Private parking at the property entrance (maximum 2 vehicles) with surveillance camera.
The owner offers optional services including towels, daily or mid-stay cleaning, and mid-stay linens change: rates for these services available upon request.
Kids welcome (Baby bed not provided). Shared entrance with a second holiday cottage in winter. Separate access to the second holiday cottage via a staircase from the terrace during the summer months.

Chamonix town center is 4 km away; shops are 2.5 km away. In winter, the Chamonix ski area is 4.5 km away (Brévent, Planards), and Les Grands Montets is 12 km away. Shuttle bus stop is 600 m away. Les Houches ski area is 5 km away.
