59m2 Holiday cottage on the 1st floor of an old family farmhouse renovated into a Chalet, which also includes an adjoining cottage and the owner's accommodation on the first floor.
Cosy, warm atmosphere combining modernity and mountain style, exposed framework, wood ambiance. Private south-facing garden, facing the Aiguille du Midi and the Glacier des Bossons.
Kitchen opening onto living room (sofa, armchair, TV, DVD, Blu-Ray), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm - private shower room and wc), bedroom 2 (1 bed 90x190cm), shower room and wc. Access to sleeping area and shower room via 3 steps.
Bedroom 3 on mezzanine (2 beds 90x190cm). Access not recommended for Kids under 10, steep staircase. Wifi Internet access. Bed linen included, beds made. End-of-stay cleaning not included.

Shared laundry/ski room on first floor. Private parking at the entrance to the property (maximum 2 vehicles) with surveillance camera.
The owner can provide towels, daily cleaning or cleaning during your stay, as well as a change of linen halfway through your stay: prices on request.
Kids accepted (baby bed not provided). Shared entrance with a second Holiday cottage in winter. Independent access to the second Holiday cottage via a staircase from the terrace in summer.
