96m² apartment on 2 levels (raised first floor and first floor) in a fully-restored traditional farmhouse that also includes the owners' living quarters. Quiet location.
Access from rear of Chalet (5 steps). Separate entrance.

Raised first floor: fitted kitchen opening onto dining room and living room (dining table, corner sofa, TV, wood-burning stove with 1st basket supplied). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom with washbasin, shower, towel dryer, washing-machine dryer. 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, balcony access), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm which can be moved closer together, balcony access), shower room with basin, shower, towel dryer, wc.
Wifi Internet access. All bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Garden with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Large plot around the house. Beautiful views of the Chablais mountains.
Parking: 50m downhill from the Chalet. 4x4 vehicles can be parked in front of the chalet (short climb up the private access road just before the chalet).

Ski in the Portes du Soleil ski area: Essert gondola at 800m. La Chapelle d'Abondance 7km, Chatel 12km. Shuttle bus to village center 1.5km. Ski/luge fun area in Abondance.
Lake Geneva, Thonon or Evian-les-Bains Thermal baths, casino 28km away. Hiking, summer and winter activities in the Abondance valley and Chablais.
Possibility of reaching Switzerland by Boat from Evian.
