Charming detached chalet on a plot with a private garden planted with grass and trees, located on the heights of Lake Geneva, 8km from Evian-les-Bains and 15 minutes by car from the family ski resorts of Bernex and Thollon-les-Memises. Cosy interior, private parking, beautiful mountain views.

With a surface area of 50m² on two levels, the first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave), a 3-seater sofa + armchair, TV, WIFI internet box, a shower room, separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, a large mezzanine comprising a double bed (160x200), a 2nd bed (140x190) and a crib. Comforter covers and bedding are provided. Beds made up on arrival. Please bring your baby's bed linen.
Outside, a large 50m² terrace (garden tables and chairs, 2 deckchairs, grill, plancha). Large green space with trees and shade, parking.
The chalet is set in a large plot including another chalet + the owners' house.
Situated on a plateau between lake and mountains, the village of Larringes (1,200 inhabitants) boasts beautiful countryside (numerous signposted walks), a forest with a fitness trail, grocery store and bread depot, pharmacy, bistro, supermarket (3.5km), and several farms in the vicinity selling their produce.
The spa town of Evian-les-Bains is only 15 minutes (5km) away by car. You'll also find a golf course, casino, swimming pool with waterslide and lakeside promenades. In Amphion, between Evian and Thonon, a large landscaped park and supervised beach. Switzerland with Montreux and Geneva 40km away, Lausanne 70km.
