Chalet comprising a large, comfortable 255m² gîte (+54m² attic) and a ski rental store in the lower part of the chalet (open only during the winter season), in the heart of Linga. Independent access and entrance for the Holiday cottage.
1st floor of the Chalet (parking level): entrance hall / ski room (boot dryer), fitted kitchen - dining room, living room (table soccer, wood-burning stove (1st bag of wood free), TV, access to the Spa), laundry room with washing machine and dryer and additional fridge), bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 80x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), shower room, 2 separate wc. Access to bedroom 3 on 1st floor (2 twin beds 90x190cm).
Upstairs: bedroom 4 (2 beds 90x200cm), shower room/wc opposite, bedroom 5 (2 beds 90x190cm, shower room/wc), bedroom 6 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room/wc), bedroom 7 (2 beds 90x190cm, shower room/wc). Mezzanine bed with 2 beds 90x200cm.
Accessible outdoor Spa (included in weekly rate for winter season - optional €300 for summer season), pétanque court, balcony, terrace area in front of cottage entrance with garden furniture and barbecue. Mountain views. Land shared with owners.

Private parking in front of the entrance to the Chalet (1st floor).
The Chalet is located opposite the Linga ski lifts. Châtel village center 2.5km away (shops, restaurants, "Forme d'O" aquatic center). Shuttle bus stop 100m away.
Lake Geneva, Thermal baths, Evian-les-Bains, Thonon-les-Bains 40km away. Numerous hikes in the Vallée d'Abondance. Swiss border (Morgins) 6km away.
In winter, 20% discount on ski rentals in the store on the first floor of the Chalet.
Parties and large parties prohibited.
