Detached 112 m2 chalet on 2 levels in a quiet, sunny part of Chamonix.

The Chalet is laid out as follows:
First floor (entrance at the rear of the Chalet):
- bedroom 1 with 160x200cm bed + 2 90X190cm Bunk beds, private bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, terrace and furniture.
- bedroom 2 with 160x200cm bed, TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, terrace and furniture.
- vestibule with storage space leading to a bathroom with toilet and washbasin.
First floor:
Vast living room with a magnificent semi-professional kitchen (for those who love cooking), open onto the living area with two spaces: the dining area & the sitting area with large TV and wood-burning stove. Wifi Internet access. Underfloor heating.
Accessible from the living area is the large south-facing terrace facing the Mont-Blanc Massif, with wooden tables and chairs, deckchairs and plancha.
The view of Mont-Blanc and the Aiguilles de Chamonix is spectacular.
For your relaxation, a magnificent Spa is at your disposal.
Ski and bike room. On-site parking.
For your convenience, everything is included: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen (beds made) and towels.
The Chalet is located in the Argentière area, within easy reach of the ski lifts in winter (Grands-Montet gondola and parking lot 1km away).

Tout est parfait dans ce chalet avec une vue époustouflante, où la décoration est raffinée et rien ne manque pour le confort. À 2 pas des pistes de ski de fond et des chemins piétons il est facile de partir en balade en oubliant la voiture. Les arrêts des navettes de bus sont très proches du chalet ce qui facilite les déplacements toutefois je pense qu'il est préférable d'avoir une voiture si on choisit cet hébergement qui est excentré de la ville.tout est réuni dans ce chalet pour passer des moments fabuleux
