105m² gîte (+ 6m² attic space) on the first floor of the owners' chalet (owners' accommodation on the lower part of the chalet). Lovely, warm atmosphere. Beautiful mountain views.
Independent entrance from the apartment's terrace.
Entrance hall with cupboard. Lovely living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area (corner sofa, 140cm TV, dining table).
3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm separable into 2 beds 80cm on request), bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 80x200cm and 2 bunk beds 90x200cm).
1 bathroom (bath, washbasin on cabinet, washing-machine dryer, wc), 1 shower room (Italian shower, 2 washbasins), separate wc.
Private south-west-facing terrace with garden furniture, lounge, parasol, gas plancha. Balcony with deckchairs. Small garden.
Private parking (2 spaces) in front of the gîte.
Wifi internet access. Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Hen house (hens and rooster) on the property, wooden company below the chalet (balcony side).
Possibility of recharging electric car via traditional domestic socket (extra charge).
Services and amenities: all shops and services in Thones (4.5km). Numerous walks and hikes (Tournette, for example) close to the gîte.
Skiing in the Aravis: Manigod Col de la Croix Fry linked to La Clusaz 13km, Grand-Bornand 16km.
Lake Annecy, beaches 19km, Annecy and its old town 25km.
In summer, Aravis Bus (free shuttle service) stops 1km away.
Reservations for festive events not accepted (large parties, EVG/JF...).

Coralie Magnifique chalet
Le chalet est très beau et tout confort, au calme. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont accueillant et nous avons eu des œufs de leurs poules et du miel, une jolie attention.

Johan Mountain gite in January
A new looking gite with a beautifull view over the mountains of Manigod.
We skied in Manigod from this gite, which was 5 km away. It is a very pretty gite with 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms, which was fine for our 5 adult group.
The cooking was fun on the "island" induction plate.
The shops in Thones were 5 min by car, and from the front door you can start a walk uphill with beautifull views.
Excellent stay, and the floor heating is warm enough.- Cleanliness

Le chalet est magnifique, situé sur les hauteurs, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes aux alentours.
L’ensemble est très bien équipé.

4/5 est un peu sévère par rapport aux prestations proposées par le chalet. J'aurai voulu mettre un 4,5/5.
Tout était super.
Seuls inconvénients : confort des matelas qui laisse à désirer avec des matelas très durs (ce qui ne nous convenez pas) et la localisation du chalet (endroit tranquille mais loin des commodités essentielles)- Cleanliness

Virginie Un séjour parfait
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le chalet Belachamp qui est très bien équipé et parfaitement adapté à un séjour en famille. Rien ne manque et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentionnés!
