This 4-story chalet (220m² + 20m² attic space), set in a complex of several chalets, combines a mountain atmosphere with modern amenities. It adjoins a 2nd identical chalet (NEKO ref. 134040). Both are "mirror images", connected and adjoining only by the entrance halls and one of the balconies (with the spa). Each has its own independent entrance. Sleeps up to 12 (11th and 12th on request).
Chalet first floor: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 180x200cm, tv, private shower room, wc and balcony access. 1 bedroom with 4 beds (2 x 2 bunk beds 90x200cm), tv, shower room and balcony access. 1 wc.
1st floor: magnificent living room with kitchen opening onto living room (wine cellar, sofas, gas fireplace, tv), access to 2 balcony terraces, one with a spa, magnificent view of Les Gets and the ski slopes in winter.
2nd floor: spacious 40m² master suite (with attic): 1 bed 180x200cm, tv, desk, convertible sofa (sleeps 2), shower, bath, wc.
Lower part of chalet: sauna, shower, closed space (no windows) that can be converted into a TV room or sleeping area with 2 beds 80x200cm that can be twinned into 1 bed 160x200. Laundry area with washing machine + dryer.
Everything included: sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi internet access. Optional: cleaning during stay.
Balcony terraces with garden furniture, including 1 terrace with private spa.
Parking: 2 private parking spaces in closed garage. From the garages, access to the chalet by elevator or stairs. Ski room with boot dryer.
Village center with shops and activities 500m away. Ski area, ESF 700m. Free shuttle bus 100m. In summer: mountain biking in the resort, Lac des Ecoles (swimming, leisure activities) 2.5km, golf course 4km. Morzine 8km. Lake Geneva, Evian 1h.
Pets accepted on condition that they are not left alone in the accommodation (100€/pet fee).
