This 133m² gîte (+19m² attic space) is located on the top level (2nd floor) of an old, fully-restored Savoyard chalet. Access to the gîte via interior staircases or directly from the rear of the chalet (depending on snow conditions), with parking and terrace on the same level as the gîte (separate entrance). The chalet also includes 3 other gîtes on the lower level.
Entrance hall, storage room with shoe dryer. Beautiful living room with open-plan kitchen. Bay window opening onto the large terrace with views of the ski slopes in winter. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
