74m2 gîte on the 2nd floor of a house which also includes the owners' accommodation (on the 1st).
Shared entrance on first floor. Fitted kitchen with dining area, separate small living room with sofa that can be used as a 5th bed for an additional €100 per week.
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bed linen provided.
From the kitchen, access to a large covered terrace with table and garden furniture, hammocks.
Private parking space in the courtyard. Communal grounds to the rear of the house, orchard.
With supplements to be paid to the owner: possibility of parking your vehicle in a closed garage (€20/week), and of recharging an electric vehicle (€7/day).
No WIFI access, but 4G
Fishing and swimming lakes 1km from the gîte. Green cycling path on site. Combloux and Cordon ski areas 12km away. Plaine-Joux family resort 20km away.
Shopping area 2.5km away. Numerous hiking trails nearby or in the Passy nature reserve.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 25 minutes by car, Annecy 50 minutes, Lac Léman (beaches) and Yvoire 1h00.
