42m² Holiday cottage (+ 18m² veranda) on the garden level of the owner's house. Independent entrance via the lovely glassed-in veranda, ideal for summer meals (unheated). Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (rapido sofa-bed 140x190cm), TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm. Storage space with closet Shower room/WC: Italian shower, vanity unit with washbasin, towel dryer, toilet. Terrace, garden with garden furniture, deckchairs. Private parking on the property. Possibility of renting bed linen (price from the owner) and end-of-stay cleaning (60€) directly from the owner. The house is close to Thônes city center (400m) with many shops. School complex behind the house. In Thônes: summer swimming pool, via ferrata, Hiking. Skiing: Aravis ski resorts with La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand or Manigod 12km away. Free shuttle bus to the Croix-Fry - Merdassier - Manigod ski resort, a 5-minute walk from the rental property (return) during the winter and July/August seasons Lake Annecy, beaches 15km away, Annecy 20km away. Numerous walks, Hiking, summer/winter activities in the Aravis.

    avis sur Carlina

    La propriétaire est discrète et à l'écoute .Le gite quant à lui est situé à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville mais reste très calme dans un bel espace arboré.
    Propreté fonctionnalité et équipement son ses autres atouts .
    Pendant trois semaines nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous

    Week-end proche Annecy

    Très bon séjour à Thônes

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Thônes.

    Le logement était très agréable : une cuisine bien équipée, une chambre avec des lits confortables, un séjour accueillant, et une véranda particulièrement appréciée en cas de pluie ou de forte chaleur. De plus, Danielle nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Elle a su être à la fois discrète et très aimable tout au long de nos 15 jours sur place.

    Le logement est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Thônes, une petite ville charmante offrant de nombreuses activités et commerces. Sa localisation est parfaite, entre Annecy et la chaîne des Aravis.

    Merci à Danielle et à la ville de Thônes de nous avoir permis de passer des vacances aussi agréables.
