A beautifully appointed gîte surrounded by mountains, close to the La Clusaz ski area. Warm and cosy, it offers a convivial living space bathed in light thanks to its southern exposure.
On the garden level, this 46m² apartment is ready to welcome you for an unforgettable mountain vacation. Maximum capacity 4 people.
Kitchen opening onto living room, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190). Sheets provided and beds made up on arrival, shower room, separate toilet.
1-car garage with ski room (boot dryer). Central heating (renewable energy), children's outdoor games (table tennis, trampoline). Non-accessible for disabled people.
Nordic ski area 200 m away, free shuttle bus 200 m away linking the village 4 km away (summer/winter service), downhill skiing 1 km away, Lac des Confins (fishing) 1 km away. Numerous hikes depart from the gîte. Lake Annecy (beaches) 30km, Annecy 34km.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Vincent et Vanessa qui ont été très attentionnés dès mon arrivée. Ils se sont montrés discrets et disponibles. Le logement face à la chaine des Aravis a répondu à mes attentes, fonctionnel, proche du centre ville, facilement accessible en voiture et idéalement situé pour les amateurs de randonnée. J'ai profité chaque soir du couché du soleil sur les montagnes depuis le canapé. Je recommande ++ et reviendrai très certainement. Merci pour tout !
