A beautifully appointed gîte surrounded by mountains, close to the La Clusaz ski area. Warm and cosy, it offers a convivial living space bathed in light thanks to its southern exposure.
On the garden level, this 46m² apartment is ready to welcome you for an unforgettable mountain vacation. Maximum capacity 4 people.
Kitchen opening onto living room, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190). Sheets provided and beds made up on arrival, shower room, separate toilet.
1-car garage with ski room (boot dryer). Central heating (renewable energy), children's outdoor games (table tennis, trampoline). Non-accessible for disabled people.
Nordic ski area 200 m away, free shuttle bus 200 m away linking the village 4 km away (summer/winter service), downhill skiing 1 km away, Lac des Confins (fishing) 1 km away. Numerous hikes depart from the gîte. Lake Annecy (beaches) 30km, Annecy 34km.

STEFVAL02 La clusaz sous la neige
Deuxième séjour dans ce gîte très bien situé pour des vacances à la Clusaz surtout pour nous proche des pistes de ski de fond. Nous sommes venus pour la neige, c'était bien le thème de notre semaine. Les navettes gratuites avec l'arrêt proche du gîte quel bonheur, la voiture a pu dormir tranquillement au garage.
Tout était réuni pour un superbe séjour.

Un très beau séjour dans un gîte superbe ou rien ne manque confort une vue magnifique dommage une semaine qui passe trop vite il faudra sans doute y revenir peut être en été pour apprécier la terrasse face au Aravis merci Vanessa et Vincent au plaisir
