80 m² gîte with attic located in the owners' house (former farmhouse). Independent pedestrian access. Bright rooms with numerous windows and velux windows.
Garden level: lounge with dining table, living room with sofa, armchairs, connected TV. Kitchen opening onto living room. Bathroom with bath/shower, washing machine. Bedroom 1 (bed 140x200 cm).
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (bed 160x200 cm, 1 bed 90 X 200 cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 90x190 cm + 1 pull-out bed). Separate WC.
Private enclosed garden with outdoor lounge and barbecue. Bike room available on request. Public electric vehicle charging station 1 km away. Access to the gîte on foot from the parking area on the owners'/alpacas' side of the house.
Shops 4 km away. Freeway access 3.5 km. Annecy 17 km. Pont de la Caille 5 km, Parc des Dronières in Cruseilles 8 km. Plateau des Glières historic site 25 km, Geneva 33 km, Semnoz (Nordic skiing) 37 km, Aravis resorts 43 km.

Catchris De belles vacances!
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce gîte fonctionnel et proche d Annecy. Rien à redire. Le logement est conforme a la description. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et hyper discret. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter à une famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants!
