66 m² Holiday cottage including 5 m² attic in a detached two-storey house close to a small road in the hamlet. Access by wide, sheltered outside staircase.
Entrance to living room with relaxation/TV area (sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table) and access to terrace and private outdoor area. Kitchen opening onto living room with dining area and bar separating the kitchen from the living room.
Interior staircase to bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm, sofa bed clic clac, wardrobe/closet), bedroom 2 (2 non-twin beds 90x190 cm, armchair and reading area).
Ground-floor shower room (Italian shower) including WC separated by a sliding door. Electric heating on floor (ceiling upstairs). Bed linen and towels supplied, Beds made on arrival. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi Internet access. Baby bed and high chair available. Private grounds with garden furniture and swing accessible in summer. Small balcony at top of staircase with bistro table.
Private parking in front of Holiday cottage and additional spaces nearby. Bakery 800m away, with fruit and vegetable sales in summer.
In the heart of a hamlet near Lake Annecy, Savoie (Ugine, Albertville) and at the gateway to the Parc Naturel Régional du Massif des Bauges, des Aravis, du Beaufortain... Lake Annecy 12km away, City of Annecy 29km away, Annecy-Albertville cycle path 800m away.
Cultural activities (Gallo-Roman Museum, Butterfly Museum and Donjon in Faverges, etc.) and a variety of sporting activities nearby (paragliding, swimming pools, Giez golf course, accrobranche, etc.). Ski areas: Aravis (Grand-Bornand/La Clusaz), Espace Diamant, Les Saisies 30km.

David Séjour impeccable
4ème fois que nous louons ce gîte, et c'est toujours un plaisir d'y revenir.
L'accueil est toujours agréable. Carole et sa famille sont des personnes attentionnés gentils et discrets.
Le logement est confortable, propre, calme.
La localisation est idéale pour les départs aussi bien pour les stations de ski, que pour des randos en montagne, ou balade au bord du lac d'Annecy.Je recommande grandement.

Comfortable detached house with a big garden. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The owners live in the house next door and are very friendly and welcoming. Perfectly located for exploring the region.

Vacanciers nordistes Un très bon séjour
Accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires. A noter leur générosité (outre le pot d'accueil) : reblochon, tomates du jardin, limonade nous ont été offerts.
Gîte impeccable, confortable et très bien équipé.

Christal Agréable séjour à Marlens
Gîte très bien situé, calme et très agréable. Excellent accueil, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, avenants et très discrets. Le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons ce gîte car nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Steph Calme entre lac et montagne
Gîte très bien situé entre lac et montagne. A l'écart de la foule et au grand calme tout en restant très accessible et proche des commodités. Permet d'explorer à la fois le magnifique lac d'Annecy et les massifs alpins environnants. Accès très facile à de nombreuses randos et excursions. Accueil 4 étoiles, les propriétaires sont adorables et le gîte parfait. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci pour tout!
