Between Lake Annecy and Parc Naturel du Massif des Bauges, house comprising 2 Holiday cottages and owners' accommodation on 2900 m2 of land.
Holiday cottage 23 m2 + 17 m2 attic on 1st floor with independent access.
Large studio with kitchenette, living area (Rapido 1-person convertible) and sleeping area (1 double bed), DVD player, shower room/wc.
Covered balcony with garden furniture.
Heated indoor Piscine (May to September), barbecue, boules area, Kids' play area.
Outdoor Spa available at extra cost (summer only).
Central heating.
Lake Annecy/Beach 2km, nature reserve, paragliding site 2 km, Golf de Giez 7 min.
Cycle path linking Albertville to Annecy 400 m away.
Owners have dogs and cats.
Housekeeping included in the overall deposit.

Arrival time to be agreed with owners between 4pm and 7pm. Reminder: a security deposit is required on arrival for the inventory of fixtures.
If you need to change the number of people in your booking - within the limits of the maximum capacity - please do so no later than 24 hours before the start of your stay.
To ensure your comfort and that of the occupants of the property, we ask you to respect the agreed arrival and departure times, and to request the owners' agreement regarding the presence of guests.
For insurance reasons, access to the swimming pool and outdoor facilities is restricted to Holiday cottage guests.
