48 m2 Holiday cottage on garden level with independent access.
Kitchen opening onto living room (Rapido 2-person sofa bed), DVD player, bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom/wc.
Attractive terrace with direct access to covered/heated Piscine (May to September), boules pitch, barbecue, Kids' play area.
Central heating.
Outdoor Spa available at extra cost (summer only).
Lake Annecy/Beach 2 km, nature reserve, paragliding site 2 km. Golf: Giez 7 min. Cycle path Ugine/Annecy 400 m.
Owners have dogs and cats. Housekeeping included in overall deposit.

Arrival time to be agreed with owners between 4pm and 7pm. Reminder: a deposit is required on arrival for the inventory of fixtures.
If you need to change the number of people in your booking - within the limits of the maximum capacity - please do so no later than 24 hours before the start of your stay.
To ensure your comfort and that of the occupants of the property, we ask you to respect the agreed arrival and departure times, and to request the owners' agreement regarding the presence of guests.
For insurance reasons, access to the Piscine and outdoor facilities is authorized only to registered guests.
