Bathroom (shower, double washbasin, towel warmer, washing machine). Separate WC.
Bed linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning included. Wifi internet access. Roller shutters throughout the apartment.
Bike room (in the garage on the right, accessible from the entrance courtyard/parking area). On-site private parking, gated. Garden furniture available in shared courtyard. Plancha or electric barbecue available on request.
Secure building entrance with Vigik badge and intercom. Access to apartment via shared stairwell.
Shops in Doussard (2km), restaurants nearby (close to the Tour du Lac tourist route). Voie verte (around Lake Annecy) 300m away. Annecy 20 km away. Doussard beach and Bout du Lac nature reserve 2.5 km away (less than 10 minutes by bike), free flight at Col de la Forclaz 15 km away.
Arrival time to be agreed with owners between 4pm and 7pm. Reminder: a deposit is required on arrival, together with an inventory of fixtures.
