In a bucolic mountain setting conducive to rest and relaxation, discover a two-storey Holiday cottage in an old farmhouse on the edge of the Forest at the foot of the famous Parmelan mountain. Annecy City, Lake and Beach are just 20 minutes away.

Adjoining the owners' dwelling, 92 m² Holiday cottage on two levels with independent access to the front and rear of the cottage.
Garden level: entrance to living room with open-plan kitchen, equipped with bar and stools. Stay with corner meal and living room (settee, TV, stove of mass...) including a 2nd door of access to the terrace. Separate WC and corridor leading to the secondary entrance hall at the rear of the Holiday cottage, also giving access to the shower room (shower, double washbasin, washing machine...) and a storeroom (freezer).
Upstairs: open space around the staircase, with additional seating and games (arcade, dartboard, small library...). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200 cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190 cm).
Private terrace with furniture in front of the cottage and numerous shared outdoor spaces (kids' games, tables, sunbathing areas, etc.). Farm animals nearby (chickens, donkeys, etc.).
Wifi Internet access. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Please bring your own towels. Optional end-of-stay cleaning available on request from owners.
Pets not allowed. No plugs for recharging electric vehicles.
Kids are looked after in a separate part of the house.
Annecy City, Lake at 15.5km, small shops at 5km (Villaz).
The house is located on the edge of a forest in a rural area. In summer, the owner's ponies graze in the meadow behind the house.

Hiking from the Holiday cottage (Parmelan) or on the Plateau des Glières 19km away. In winter, Aravis ski resorts 33km away (Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz). Geneva and airport 45 minutes away.
