63m² gîte (+15m² attic space) on the first floor of the owners' chalet, which also includes another gîte (reference 206002). Beautiful wood and mountain atmosphere.
Shared entrance, access by interior staircase (1 1/2 floors).
Equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, TV, dining table, balcony, storeroom.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, balcony, shower room, separate wc), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, balcony, shower room, separate wc, mezzanine with 1 bed 90x190cm and extra bed).
Wifi internet access. Bed linen, household linen and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Shared laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). Shared ski room.
Balconies in 2 bedrooms and living room. Private terrace at the rear of the chalet with garden furniture and deckchairs. Plancha available on request. Shared garden area around the chalet.

On-site bread and brioche-making courses, mountain hiking with donkeys, toboggan run, snowshoeing, guide. Equestrian and biker facilities.
Skiing: Les Habères 10km, Hirmentaz/Bellevaux 12km, cross-country skiing at Col du Feu 2km. Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, spa town 12km, Evian-Les-Bains, golf course 20km. Numerous hikes and walks starting from the gîte.
Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle (optional extra).
* The gîte is available for rental in spring/summer (April to October). For the rest of the year (October to April), rental as a bed and breakfast (reference 206651).
