In a small village on the border between the Haute-Savoie and Savoie departments, a 82 m² holiday cottage on the ground floor of a house located near the owners’ residence.
The house also has an upper floor (unoccupied) and the owners’ garages.
Parking is available directly in front of the holiday cottage’s entrance; a hallway from the entrance leads to the various rooms.
Separate, fully equipped kitchen with a small side table. Living room with dining and lounge areas (160x200 cm fold-out sofa, armchairs, TV) opening onto the patio and garden.
Bedroom 1 (2 beds, 90x200 cm, can be pushed together) and Bedroom 2 (2 beds, 90x200 cm, can be pushed together). Closets in the bedrooms. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Small laundry room with private washing machine.
Electric heating on the floor. Outside: barbecue, large awning, privacy screen. Unfenced property. Baby equipment for 1 baby available upon request.
Bed linen and towels provided. Bathroom linen provided upon request.
