On a hillside overlooking Lac Léman, Switzerland and the Jura mountains, in a wine-growing village, 84 m² gîte on 2 levels (+ basement/garden), adjoining the owners' home.
Raised first floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room. Storeroom, separate WC.
First floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140cm, small balcony), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140cm), bathroom/wc.
Garden level (lower level): laundry room (washing machine) with shower cubicle + relaxation/games room (not heated in winter).
Central heating. Private parking. Garden with garden furniture and electric barbecue. Set back from a village road.
Lake Geneva 4 km. Spa towns of Thonon-les-Bains 5km and Evian (golf course) 4km: beaches, water sports, marinas. Skiing: Bernex 15km, Châtel and Portes du Soleil 35km.

Koala Belle découverte du Chablais
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Marin. La maison est spacieuse, propre et lumineuse (triple exposition au séjour) avec un magnifique panorama sur le lac Léman. Le logement sur 3 étages est prolongé par un accès appréciable au jardin. Le propriétaire, qui habite dans la maison mitoyenne, est une personne adorable, accueillante, à l'écoute et propose volontiers des idées de promenades et découvertes. Le village de Marin, composé de plusieurs hameaux, offre de belles vues sur les prés, les forêts, la rivière, les montagnes et le lac. Il est tout proche de Thonon-les-Bains, Evian et du plateau de Gavot. La région est superbe, une belle découverte !
