In a large property comprising a series of gîtes and the owners' home, 70m² gîte on the 2nd floor of a house comprising another gîte on the first floor and owner's accommodation on the 1st floor. Sleeps up to 7.
Entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, living room (rapido sofa-bed for 2 persons 140cm, armchairs, TV), access to balcony.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, desk, balcony access, bathroom with washbasin and shower), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm, balcony access, extra bed 80x190cm).
Large bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, baby-changing facilities, washing machine. 1 separate toilet.
South-east-facing balcony. Large shared garden with swing, table tennis and petanque area. A terrace with garden furniture is reserved for this gîte. Parking and courtyard on the property.
Central heating. Ski/bike room.
Bed linen and towels for hire (blankets provided), optional end-of-stay cleaning.
Gîte close to a busy road (linking Thônes to the Aravis resorts), bedrooms, living room, balcony and garden terrace.
