Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement très bien aménagé et situé face au lac et proche du centre ville.
Pour le confort, un véritable cocooning (qualité de la literie, électroménager, parking intérieur en sous-sol).

Dan Magnifique appartement au bord du lac
Magnifique appartement au troisième étage, offrant de nombreux espaces de rangement et entièrement équipé pour une séjour en toute autonomie. Ses deux balcons permettent de passer d'agréables moments en compagnie tout en profitant de la vue sur le lac. Le garage fermé est assez grand pour accueillir une voiture (4,5 m) et 4 vélos. L'appartement se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied environ du centre-ville historique et de la plage publique. La propriétaire est très sympathique et accueuillante. À recommander à 100 %.

Mimi et Dany Que du bonheur !
Super séjour très confortable dans ce très agréable appartement contemporain, face au lac, très bien agencé avec beaucoup de goût. Idéalement situé, à quelques grands pas de la vieille ville. Nous avons adoré ! Échanges très sympathiques avec Mme Agnellet. C’est sûr, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

dadi Un appartement à chaleureusement recommander
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Annecy, en particulier grâce au confort de notre appartement.
Idéalement situé face au lac, il nous a permis de profiter d'un superbe point de vue sur l'environnement.
Ajoutons le confort - un véritable cocooning-, le décor -tout en harmonies- , et la qualité des installations, notamment l'électroménager. Tout était prévu pour nous rendre la vie la plus facile possible.
Enfin, une grande disponibilité de notre propriétaire, qui nous a largement mis à l'aise lors de notre arrivée et lors de notre départ.
