60m² gîte on 2 levels in a fully renovated former farmhouse that also includes guest rooms and the owners' home. Separate entrance.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, TV, sofa), access to private terrace. Bedroom 1 with 1 x 160x200cm bed, access to shared garden. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 with 1 bed 90x200cm and 2 beds 90x200cm that can be twinned to create a double bed, TV, desk.
Private terrace in front of the gite with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Large shared plot to the rear of the house. Private parking.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival.
A welcome gift (for a minimum stay of 7 nights) is offered. Breakfast available in the bed and breakfast area (€12/person).
Table d'hôtes with local produce from 28€/person.
For late departures at 11 a.m., enjoy our Sunday/holiday brunch for €25/person (minimum 4 people).
The house is located between lake and mountains: Bernex ski resort 7km, Portes du Soleil ski resort with Abondance 18km, Chatel 28km. Lac Léman, Evian-les-Bains, spa towns 8km away. Thonon 15km away. Access to Switzerland by road or boat. Numerous summer and winter activities nearby, hiking, snowshoeing, via ferrata, kayaking, swimming... Village center 3km, supermarket 2km.

Aude45 Séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un séjour formidable, un gîte confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons testé la table d’hôte le vendredi soir et cela fut un régal. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. Markéta et sa famille sont des personnes exceptionnelles !!

Michaela78 Beau et confortable
Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce gite à la fois confortable, fonctionnel, et très joliment décoré dans des couleurs claires. La literie est excellente et nous avons pu profiter du grand jardin avec nos deux petites filles de 10 et 9 ans. La propriétaire est charmante et tout à fait disponible pour donner des renseignements. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Elo A refaire
Le gîte est idéalement situé. Nous avons apprécié sa propreté, son agencement et son confort. La propriétaire est à proximité mais discrète et disponible si besoin.
A cela s'ajoute le magnifique paysage de la Haute-Savoie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.- Cleanliness

Soso Très bon séjour à AMODO LODGE
Gîte entièrement rénové, tout confort, très propre, accueil de la propriétaire au top, ma fille a adoré la cabane et la balançoire au fond du jardin, accès au grand jardin en plus de la terrasse privative. Gîte très bien situé entre lac et montagne, bref un super séjour !
