In a south-facing former farmhouse facing the Aravis mountain range, including the owners' accommodation, 55m² gîte on the first floor.
Fitted kitchen opening onto living room, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 x 160cm bed, bedroom 2: 2 twin 90cm beds), bathroom, separate WC and 1 garage (not closed).
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Central heating.
From living room, access to south-facing terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and private courtyard. Ski room in boiler room.
La Clusaz ski area 1km away. Free shuttle bus 50m away. Resort center: all shops and activities 3km away. Lac des Confins (fishing) 1km away. Numerous hiking trails nearby. Annecy 24km.
Non-smoking gîte.

Incroyable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte, avec une vue magnifique sur les Aravis.
Marie-Louise est une hôte très accueillante et toujours disponible.

C'est la deuxième année que nous venons dans ce gîte, qui est d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la chaîne des Aravis, et pour terminer l'accueil de Marie-Laure propriétaire du gîte est parfait...
