In the heart of the Bauges regional park, in a mid-mountain village 9 km from Lake Annecy and the Beach, 48 m² Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owners' former farmhouse.
Living room with kitchen/living room (wood-burning stove), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140 cm), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90 cm), bathroom, separate toilet.
Terrace, garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Central heating.
Holiday cottage on edge of meadows.

Sophie Séjour très agréable
Un très bon accueil du propriétaire qui habite au-dessus, et de bon conseils de randonnées. Très belle région, idéal dans ce village au calme. On y retournera avec plaisir. Logement rustique assez spacieux et un espace extérieur appréciable. Nous recommandons. (Séjour début juin 2026)

Dans le cadre de mes études, j’avais besoin d’un logement dans les environs d’Annecy.
J’ai alors réservé ce gîte pour une semaine et j’ai été agréablement surpris, le propriétaire a été très gentil et attentionné !
Le rapport qualité-prix est très satisfaisant, et le gîte est bien situé pour accéder à Annecy ou visiter les environs.

Nana Gite très agréable
Très bon séjour ,notre hôte agréable gentil de bon conseil, gîte très bien placé et très fonctionnel,propre rien ne manquait au calme.belle balade a proximité . Très bon restaurant a côté .Je le recommanderais a des amis sans problème.

Les sudistes du Nord Notre petite bouffée de nature
2eme séjour et toujours autant de simplicité et de naturel dans ce gîte
Nous adorons la région. Faute d'y avoir un pied à terre nous louons. Vue sur les montagnes
