A 48-square-meter single-story holiday cottage located on the lower level (ground floor) of the owner’s villa, situated in a quiet neighborhood. Separate entrance via the holiday cottage’s terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen; living room (dining table, sofa, TV) opening onto the terrace through a floor-to-ceiling window.
Bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed.
Hallway between the living room and the bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190 cm; separated by a curtain).
Bathroom: shower, sink with vanity, toilet, and washing machine.
Wi-Fi Internet access. Sheets and towels available for rent; end-of-stay cleaning is optional. Underfloor central heating via heat pump.

On the garden level: Terrace in front of the holiday cottage with patio furniture, lounge chairs, electric grill, and umbrella. Beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding Mountains. Large front garden shared with the owners (rarely used by them).
Carport on the property (electric gate). Electric car charging available via a “Green Up” outlet in the carport (additional fee applies).
Ceiling height: 2m in the kitchen, 2.10m in the rest of the apartment.
The holiday cottage is not accessible to people with disabilities.
