Kitchenette in living room (140 cm sofa bed), bedroom (1 140 cm bed), shower room, separate toilet. Electric heating. Terrace, grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, cellar/ski/bike room. Sheets available for hire. Gîte located 10 min from the Aravis ski resorts (La Clusaz, Grand-Bornand). Annecy and its lake 25 km. Annecy-La Clusaz bus stop 200 m. Shops nearby. Gite below resort road. NON-SMOKING GITE. Only 1 pet allowed in the gîte.
