Between Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, in the heart of the countryside, detached house (58 m² + attic) on 2 levels with shared swimming pool.
Owners have 1 private area (equipment storage) adjoining the gîte.
Garden level: kitchen opening onto living room (140cm sofa bed, wood-burning stove), shower room/wc. Duplex mezzanine: 1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm beds.
Covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha, garden, pétanque court. Bed linen provided, beds made up on arrival.
Aix-les-bains and Annecy (lake, beaches) 29km, Geneva 46km, Rumilly (leisure center) 9km. Skiing: Le Semnoz 39km. Hiking and mountain biking nearby.

Mathieu Séjour au mois d'octobre
Gîte très agréable et très chaleureux, propriétaire très discret. Vu magnifique depuis le gîte.
Très bien situé ce qui nous a permis de visiter les villes au alentours. Randonnée à faire autour du gîte.

Gîte de montagne décoré avec goût à l’aide d’objets et d’outils anciens qui retrace la vie des paysans d’antan lui conférant un charme authentique. La région est magnifique, la vue splendide et la terrasse bien aménagée permet d’en profiter pleine-
ment .Il y a suffisamment de place pour garer une voiture avec remorque et une moto.
