Alles in allem war es eine gute „Auszeit“.
Leider war der Heizkörper im Wohn-/Esszimmer nicht funktionsfähig. Ich teilte dies dem Eigentümer sofort telefonisch mit. Der Eigentümer konnte aber keinen Fachmann während der von uns verbrachten Ferienwoche organisieren. War etwas zu kühl im Wohn-/Essbereich!!!
Die Lüftungsanlage in Bad und Küche hat Lüftungsgitter. Diese sind sichtbar dreckig/verklebt und staubig. Das könnte sauberer sein.
Ansonsten war alles soweit ok und nicht zu beanstanden!- Cleanliness

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos 14 jours passés dans ce magnifique appartement et le recommandons vivement. À Saint-Jorioz, on est aux petits soins pour les besoins quotidiens. Vlo Gite idéal pour un séjour au bord du lac d'Annecy
Appartement très confortable, rénové récemment , parfaitement aménagé.
Le grand balcon avec vue sur les montagnes est idéal pour le café matinal et l'apéritif de fin de journée après de belles balades sur les recommandations du propriétaire.
Accueil très chaleureux de M. Mercy. De bonnes suggestions de balades, de restos, du sur-mesure !
