50 m2 gîte on the 2nd floor of the owners' house (independent access). Equipped kitchen, living/dining room (140cm sofa bed), Bedroom 1 (1 140cm bed), Bedroom 2 (1 90cm bed), bathroom, separate toilet.
Electric heating. Terrace, garden with lounge, table tennis and barbecue.
Sheets available for hire.
Gîte located in the foothills of the Semnoz Massif. Beautiful beach at Saint Jorioz, 7 km away. Cycle path 7 km away. Numerous walks close to the gîte. Annecy 15 km away. Located on the small road leading to Col de Leschaux / Massif des Bauges.

Superbe gîte ! Très propre, confortable et idéalement situé pour découvrir les environs.
Pas loin de Annecy, et aussi c pas loind de la montage Semnoz ! :)
Les propriétaires sont charmants et très attentionnés. Nous y avons passé un excellent long week-end en famille. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ;)

C'est avec plaisir que nous vous avons accueilli dans notre gîte. Le seul petit bémol pour vous a été la météo hivernale mais on espère que vous reviendrez dans notre région avec le soleil
