In Mieussy, a typical mid-mountain village in Mountain, 40 m² Holiday cottage on the first floor of a house that also includes the owners' living quarters (upper floors). Enclosed garden with hedge and gate. Two private parking spaces available. Close to main road.
Warm wood ambiance. Independent access. Fitted kitchen opening onto living room, lounge with sofa and coffee table, 80 cm TV. Bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190, closet and chest of drawers), Bedroom 2 (2 Bunk beds 90x190 with under-bed storage). Bed linen and towels provided (beds made on arrival). Please bring your own towels. Cleaning package available on request. Washing machine available on request.
New for 2026: Piscine in front of the Holiday cottage, heated in summer (8m x 4m).
Access from living room to garage (ski and bike storage). Proximity to the main road may cause traffic nuisance when in the garden.
Ski areas: Praz-de-Lys, Morillon (Grand Massif - link with Samoëns and Flaine) 12km away, Samoëns (Gd Massif) and Les Gets (Portes du Soleil) 16km away, Geneva 40km away, Annecy 60km away. From the Holiday cottage, numerous Hiking trails.

Seb Super séjour dans super gîte
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui nous a fourni pas mal d'informations sur les alentours.
Place de parking sécurisé dans une cour fermée.
Gîte bien équipé y compris lave-vaisselle ce qui est un plus appréciable.
Bien situé à proximité de plusieurs stations ski (compter une 20ne de minutes pour y accéder en voiture).

Fanny Charmant gîte à la montagne
Le gîte est super! Il est bien situé, à 20 min des pistes de Sommand et Praz-de Lys, ce qui permet de choisir le côté sur lequel on veut skier, et d'accès facile aux commerces. Il est très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Et le plus, c'est le propriétaire qui est vraiment très gentil et aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour agréable. Nous avons également eu la chance d'être accueillis avec un petit panier de produits locaux en direct de la fruitière... Une attention très touchante! Un vrai régal !
