In a beautiful chalet that also includes the owners' living quarters, 55m² gîte + 20m² attic on 2nd floor (from parking lot). A large part of the gîte was built by the owner, a carpenter. Quality materials and equipment.
Access from the rear of the chalet on the garden side, from the parking lot, external stairs leading to the 1st floor of the chalet (garden/ground level): large hall with shoe dryer, ski and bike room. Hammam shared with owners.
Interior staircase leading to the gîte. Entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room with access to balcony / Lower mezzanine (steep staircase, 1 double bed 140x200cm). Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x200cm), Bedroom 2: (2 twin beds 90x200cm). Bathroom with bath and shower, washer-dryer. Separate toilet.
Wifi internet access. Bed linen and towels provided. Underfloor heating. East-facing balcony with beautiful mountain views. Garden and grounds to rear of chalet (lower level of gîte) with garden furniture. Private parking.
In winter, Chinaillon ski area 3km away or Grand-Bornand village 6km away. Shuttle bus stop 1.5km from chalet. Shops and restaurants in Chinaillon. Numerous summer and winter activities, swimming pool, skating rink, restaurants, shops in the center of Le Grand-Bornand. Hiking in the Aravis mountains.
Lake Annecy (swimming, beaches) 30km, Annecy 36km.

    Séjour formidable

    C'est notre 4ème séjour dans ce charmant chalet, typiquement haut-savoyard, décoré avec goût, très confortable, très propre, parfaitement équipé, au calme, jouissant d'une excellente vue. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire.Pistes proches et très bien entretenues. De belles balades à pied sont aussi possibles.
    Nous y reviendrons l'an prochain. A recommander vivement.

    Magnifique gite et accueil au top !

    Très bon séjour dans ce gîte très fonctionnel et de très bonne facture, on a été sous le charme. Très bon accueil et aux petits soins. Emplacement parfait pour le ski et les ballades, gite pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et l'authenticité.

    Gîte de charme

    Quel plaisir de s'installer pour quelques jours dans ce charmant appartement décoré avec goût, confortable,très bien tenu et entretenu!
    La vue est magnifique, le calme parfait ( aucune route à proximité, qui gacherait la paix des lieux).
    Merci à Madame Perrissin pour son accueil aimable et ses petites attentions grandement appréciées..
