In a beautiful chalet that also includes the owners' living quarters, 55m² gîte + 20m² attic on 2nd floor (from parking lot). A large part of the gîte was built by the owner, a carpenter. Quality materials and equipment.
Access from the rear of the chalet on the garden side, from the parking lot, external stairs leading to the 1st floor of the chalet (garden/ground level): large hall with shoe dryer, ski and bike room. Hammam shared with owners.
