Located in a peaceful residential area, just a stone's throw from the center of Brives-Charensac, Holiday cottage Plaisance welcomes you in a charming detached house nestled in the heart of a vast 2500 m² park planted with trees and entirely enclosed. Ideally located, it offers immediate access to shops, services and leisure facilities. For special moments of relaxation, take advantage of the heated swimming pool (open from May 1 to September 30), shared with your hosts, Hélène and Laurent. In the surrounding area, there's much to discover: playgrounds on the banks of the Loire, historic bridges, numerous Hiking trails, summer illuminations and the UNESCO World Heritage City of Le Puy-en-Velay, just 5 km away. The majestic cathedral, the statue of Notre-Dame de France, the Saint-Michel d'Aiguilhe rock and the start of the famous pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela will enhance your stay.

A comfortable, well-equipped Holiday cottage

Arranged on two levels, the house offers warm and practical spaces:

Raised first floor (23 m²): bright living room with TV and sofa, fully equipped kitchenette, shower room with WC.

Attic floor (23 m²): spacious bedroom for up to 3 people (1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm)).

Outside areas

From the living room, you have direct access to a 3 m² covered balcony. The Holiday cottage also features a 20 m² private terrace, 2500 m² of wooded grounds, and a secure parking space reserved within the property.
The heated Piscine, open from May 1 to September 30, is reserved exclusively for guests, guaranteeing peace and privacy.

Cleaning fee of €50 per week for business stays compulsory

The price includes: heating and electricity with a reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gite is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
