Pissenlits et Coquelicots

The Pissenlits et Coquelicots Holiday cottage is set in an exceptional natural environment, slightly set back from the small village of Freycenet-Lacuche. Surrounded by meadows, the property includes the Holiday cottage with its large, unenclosed grounds (2700 m²) and private terrace (26 m²), built at the end of an old farmhouse in which the owners' holiday home is located, as well as an adjoining large-capacity cottage not overlooked. Nearby: Les Estables 7 km (winter sports resort, paragliding), Le Monastier 12 km (church, abbey castle, museum of popular beliefs, bungee jumping at the Recoumène viaduct, brass festival, all shops and services).

The first floor features a cosy living room/kitchen (TV, DVD player, sofa convertible into a 180cm bed) opening onto a paved terrace at the rear, and a toilet.

On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 160) and a shower room with WC.

Services included:
- Electric heating included in the price.
- Washing machine and dryer for shared use with gîte 43G5450 (shared laundry room and shoe/ski drying room). Garage for bicycles.
- Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub, changing table, bottle warmer.

Optional services :
- Cleaning package: 50€ / An equivalent deposit will be required if you do not take the option.
- Bed linen: 12€ / Bathroom linen: 8€ per person

A supplement of €20 per pet will be charged.
