Ô prè de Jade

The gîte "Ô près de Jade" is located 1h30 from Lyon and 2h from Clermont-Ferrand, in the hamlet of the small village of St Pierre Eynac; Floriane, the owner, has put all her heart into renovating this magnificent farmhouse. Living in a house adjoining the gîte, she will give you a warm welcome and be at your service during your stay. Ideal for several families, the gîte is set in large grounds where you can discover the farmyard animals, play with your children or simply relax. Come and discover the charm of the countryside! On-site: numerous possibilities for hiking, biking, etc. Just a few minutes away by car: the village of St Julien Chapteuil (shops and services), the knife caves in the village of Lantriac etc. A little further afield: the gîte is located in the center of the Haute-Loire, ideally situated for visiting the department's nuggets: The Mezenc plateau, Lac Bleu, the town of Le Puy en Velay and the Himalayan footbridge at Grazac.

On the ground floor, you'll find a large living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and a sitting area with TV.
On the second floor, you'll find the sleeping area. For your greater comfort, the bedrooms are all equipped with private bathroom and separate toilet: the first family bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160cm) and a single bed (90cm), with the possibility of a second extra bed (90cm) and a bathroom corner. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin 80cm beds and a bathroom area.
Finally, the last bedroom, opening onto a terrace, is equipped with 2 twin 80cm beds and a third 90cm bed.
Outside, you'll enjoy 2 private terraces (one on the ground floor, the other on the third bedroom level) and a large area shared with the owners: barbecue, play area, etc. Children will be delighted to discover the animals in the farmyard: rabbits, chickens, etc.
