Ô pré de Jade

The Holiday cottage "Ô pré de Jade" is located 1h30 from Lyon and 2h from Clermont-Ferrand, in the hamlet of the small village of St Pierre Eynac. The owner, Floriane, has put all her heart into renovating this magnificent farmhouse. Living in a Semi-detached house, she will give you a warm welcome and be at your service during your stay. Ideal for several families, the Holiday cottage is set in large grounds where you can discover the farmyard animals, play with your Kids or simply relax. Come and discover the charms of the Countryside! On-site: a wide range of Hiking and biking trails. Just a few minutes away by car: the village of St Julien Chapteuil (shops and services), the Couteaux caves in the village of Lantriac, etc. A little further afield: as the Holiday cottage is located in the center of the Haute-Loire, it's ideally situated for visiting the department's nuggets: the Mezenc plateau, Lake Bleu, the City of Le Puy-en-Velay and the Himalayan footbridge at Grazac.

On the first floor, you'll find a large living area comprising a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and a sitting area with TV.
On the second floor is the sleeping area. For your utmost comfort, the bedrooms are all equipped with private bathroom and toilet facilities: the first family room is equipped with a double bed (160cm) and an extra bed (90cm), with the option of a second extra bed (90cm) and bathroom facilities. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin 80cm beds and a bathroom area.
Finally, the last bedroom, opening onto a terrace, is equipped with 2 twin 80cm beds and a third 90cm bed.
Outside, you'll enjoy 2 private terraces (one on the ground floor, the other on the third bedroom level) and a large area shared with the owners: barbecue, play area... Kids will love discovering the barnyard animals: rabbits, chickens, etc.

Rates include utilities, bed and bath linen, and cleaning.
